Brenna Cummings

Brenna Cummings is a Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Venture Services at BTIG. Based in the San Francisco office, Ms. Cummings helps lead the sales and trading effort for BTIG’s Venture Capital/Private Equity clients and manages corporate services for public issuers, including the execution of buybacks and ATM programs. Prior to joining BTIG, Ms. Cummings was a Director at JMP Securities, where she acted as a market maker and corporate services trader. Ms. Cummings earned a BA in legal studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
