Piyush Phadke

Piyush Phadke is a Managing Director on the Debt Capital Advisory team within BTIG Investment Banking. Prior to BTIG, Mr. Phadke was a Senior Vice President within the Financial Sponsors division at Jefferies. Earlier in his career, he held a similar role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he executed Debt, Equity and M&A transactions for private equity-backed companies. Mr. Phadke earned an MBA from Duke University –The Fuqua School of Business, and a BA in economics from Tufts University.
