BTIG Adds Simon Martin as Managing Director to Enhance Institutional Equities Coverage in London


London – 18 July, 2017 – BTIG Limited announced today the expansion of its Global Institutional Equities offering with the appointment of industry leader Simon “Sid” Martin.

Mr. Martin joins BTIG as a Managing Director within the Institutional Equities Group in London, focused on cultivating new business and enriching existing client relationships. Prior to BTIG, he spent eight years as a Director within the Equity Sales and Trading Group at Barclays. Mr. Martin began his financial services career in the Credit Trading Group, specialising in collateralised debt obligation, at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he was a Captain in the British Army, where he honourably served for more than a decade.
