Gray Powell, CFA, is a Managing Director and BTIG Security and Infrastructure Software Analyst. He has 20 years of experience as a sell-side research analyst and has covered multiple verticals within technology and telecom services. Between 2017 and 2020, Mr. Powell was a Director and Senior Analyst on Deutsche Bank’s Top Five Institutional Investor-ranked software team responsible for leading the research effort on small and mid-cap security and infrastructure software stocks. Previously, he spent seventeen years at Wells Fargo, primarily focused on security and infrastructure software as well as data centers, wireless towers and telecom services. Mr. Powell earned a BS in mathematical economics from Wake Forest University.
