BTIG Expands International Trading Group with Head of ADR Conversion Trading Chris Amato – Building out ADR Capabilities with State-of-the-Art Electronic and High-Touch Platform


New York – November 28, 2016 – BTIG, LLC announced today the expansion of its International Equities Group. Chris Amato, Managing Director and Head of ADR Conversion Trading, has joined the firm to build out its ADR Conversion Trading Desk including a new electronic platform and an expanded high-touch solution.

Mr. Amato is a seasoned ADR professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to BTIG, he was Head of Trading at Citadel Execution Services. Previously, Mr. Amato was Director of International Market Making at E*Trade Capital Markets. Earlier in his career, he held similar Head Trader roles at GMST World Markets, International Asset Advisors and Raymond James and Associates.
