BTIG Fixed Income Credit Group Adds Michael Stewart and Michael Di Felice


New York – March 15, 2017 – BTIG, LLC announced today that Michael Stewart and Michael Di Felice, have joined the firm within the Fixed Income Credit Group. Mr. Stewart and Mr. Di Felice will be based in New York, reporting into Darren Haines and Drew Doscher, Co-Heads of the Fixed Income Credit Group at BTIG.

Mr. Stewart joins BTIG as a Managing Director within the Fixed Income Credit Group, focused on trading convertibles, and selling solutions for other fixed income instruments. He has over 20 years of institutional fixed income sales and trading experience. Prior to BTIG, he was a Managing Director of Fixed Income Credit at Seaport Global Securities. Previously, Mr. Stewart was a Managing Director of Fixed Income Credit Sales at Jefferies. Earlier in his career, he held a similar role at Barclays.

Mr. Di Felice joins BTIG as a Director within the Fixed Income Credit Group, focused on distressed debt, high yield and convertible bond sales. Prior to BTIG, he was a Senior Vice President of Fixed Income Sales at GMP Securities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Di Felice was an Investment Banking Associate at Deutsche Bank.
