BTIG to Host Pain Management Forum in New York

New York – August 22, 2019 BTIG announced today that it will host the “BTIG Pain Management Forum” on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 in New York. The firm’s private event will include key opinion leader panels and one-on-one meetings featuring some of the industry’s most well-respected physicians, academics and corporate management teams.

BTIG Biotechnology Analyst Tim Chiang, and BTIG Digital Health Analysts Andrea Alfonso and Marie Thibault will host the event for the firm’s institutional investor clients to help them better understand the industry landscape.  Discussion topics will include alternative approaches to managing pain, emerging digital health and non-opioid-based treatments and driving value in an opioid crisis environment.

“BTIG’s Biotech and Digital Health teams continue to introduce our clients to important themes, innovations, thought leaders and entrepreneurs in the healthcare sector,” commented David Lenchus, Director of Research at BTIG. “This September, our Pain Management Forum will connect key opinion leaders and management teams with the buy side, and help participants understand how companies from seed-stage to publicly traded institutions are approaching traditional and alternative methods to pain management.”

BTIG’s Corporate Access program hosts client events across the consumer, energy, financials, healthcare, real estate, shipping and technology, media and telecommunications sectors.
