BTIG Named Best Boutique Prime Broker by Hedgeweek’s U.S. Awards 2020
New York – October 30, 2020 – BTIG announced today that its Prime Brokerage division has been named the Best Boutique Prime Broker by Hedgeweek’s U.S. Awards 2020. Now in its ninth year, the annual Hedgeweek U.S. Awards showcase excellence among industry participants.
This year, Hedgeweek partnered with Bloomberg, who provided the list of select fund managers, using a clearly defined methodology, to participate in the voting process. According to Hedgeweek, nearly 20,000 votes were cast in the process of which 46% were submitted by fund managers, 11% by investors and 43% by services providers. BTIG’s award was announced at Hedgeweek’s virtual awards ceremony on Thursday, October 29, 2020.
