BTIG Strengthens European Outsource Trading with Senior Appointment – Balraj Briah Joins in London as Managing Director


London – 13 July, 2017 – BTIG Limited, the European affiliate of BTIG, LLC, announced today that it is expanding its Outsource Trading capabilities with the appointment of Balraj “Raj” Briah.

Mr. Briah joins BTIG as a Managing Director and Head of European Outsource Trading in London. Prior to BTIG, he was a Senior Equities Trader within the Outsource Sales and Trading Group at CF Global. Previously, Mr. Briah was Head of Middle Markets Sales Trading at Citigroup. He held similar roles within the Equity, Cash and Portfolio Trading Groups at Nomura and The Bank of New York. Mr. Briah began his career on the buy side as a Global Equity Trader at Deephaven Capital and M&G Investments.
