Carl Reichardt is a Managing Director and BTIG Homebuilding Analyst. He provides comprehensive coverage of the homebuilding sector. Prior to BTIG, Mr. Reichardt was the Chief Investment Officer of Hacienda Capital Partners. Previously, he spent eight years as a Homebuilding and Building Products Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reichardt spent seven years at Banc of America Securities and Montgomery Securities as a Real Estate and Consumer Analyst. He also served in a number of key management roles within the homebuilding industry, including Managing Director of Research at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, and Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Stampede Ventures LLC. Mr. Reichardt has received multiple recognitions for his work, including being named an All-Star Analyst by The Wall Street Journal, a member of the All-America Research Team by Institutional Investor magazine and a Top Analyst by the annual Greenwich Associates Survey. He graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in English (with Honors), and an MBA from The Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
