Thomas Catherwood is a Managing Director and BTIG REIT Analyst. He provides coverage of office, industrial, and specialty REITs. Prior to BTIG, Mr. Catherwood was a Vice President and REIT Analyst at Cowen and Company. Previously, he was an Associate within Real Estate Strategy, and a Project Manager and Chief of Staff within Real Estate and General Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Catherwood began his career as a Project Manager and Construction Estimator at Grunley Construction. He received an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and a BS in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
